The treadmill is still very new and I'm still getting used to it but I give Tread Desk, the company I bought the treadmill from a grade of A.  They have been excellent to deal with and I highly recommend them.

The first treadmill got damaged in transit which was a bummer but wasn't their fault.  They responded beautifully by first sending out a replacement part and then when that didn't solve the problem sent out a new treadmill.   No hassles or attitude at all.  They were a real pleasure to work with.  I wish all companies were as customer service oriented as they have been.
